Lance Smith has been involved in the design of a number of commercial office buildings for prestigious clients.
These range from new construction in a decentralized sub-urban setting to the refurbishment of historical buildings in existing downtowns.
His role included the management, design, documentation and contract administration of the projects. He also undertook surveys of existing historical structures, proposing procedures for their rehabilitation and change of use.
